At Beastline, we want you to wear your gear with confidence. If the fit isn't right or the quality isn't up to mark, here is how we can help.

1. Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.

Eligibility: Returns are strictly limited to items that are unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

Discretionary Approval: Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Beastline reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for Size Issues or Defective/Damaged Items.

Exchange Fees

Standard Exchange: A fee of ₹200 will be charged for size-related exchanges to cover reverse logistics and processing.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Send an email to support@beastline.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.

For defective items, please attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup via our logistics partner.

3. Refund Process

Approved Returns: If a return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as a store credit within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Refundable: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Conditions for Exchange/Return

To be eligible, your item must meet the following:

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Items showing stains, perfume scents, or signs of being laundered will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
